1.What did you do in 2008 that you'd never done before?
Let'sa see... New things that happened in 2008... I talked to my friend on the phone for the first time, I learned about all the drama that goes on in eighth grade, and learned that you don't get over feelings just by not seeing someone for a long time like I thought (and hoped) I would.

2. Did you keep your new years' resolutions, and will you make more for next year?
I didn't have any resolutions last year O.O (not that i remember, anyway XD) And my resolutions for this year are to work harder on everything I do :]

3. Did anyone close to you give birth?
No

4. Did anyone close to you die?
no

5. What countries did you visit?
Um, the US. 'Cause I live here. So I'm pretty much stuck here for a while -.-


6. What would you like to have in 2009 that you lacked in 2008?
Someone I haven't seen in a while...

7. What date from 2008 will remain etched upon your memory, and why?
The day school got let out for Christmas Break, becuase we had a huge dance at the beginning of school and then I went off for karaoke and Mr. Chapman got up and sang Silent Night and How You Remind Me with me XD

8. What was your biggest achievement of the year?
bringing my grade in algebra from a 75 to a 91 in 4 days X_X

9. What was your biggest failure?
Um, a lot of things.

10. Did you suffer illness or injury?
HAHA! All the time :] I spilled boiling water on my hand, I took quite a few falls, got tackled by my dog a couple times, got tackled by 2 great danes yesterday at the dog park,(and got slobbered on) been sick, had surgery.

11. What was the best thing you bought?
An acoustic guitar and a piano :]

12. Whose behavior merited celebration?
My dad's, my sister's, and my close friend :rinfan24:'s ^~^

13. Whose behavior made you appalled and/or depressed?
My mom's.

14. Where did most of your money go?
Um... Hot Topic and Half-Price Books x3

15. What did you get really, really, really excited about?
The fact that one of my best friends may come to visit me so we can meet for the first time! ^.^

16. What song will always remind you of 2008?
Probably "Viva La Vida" by Cold Play or "Amaranth" by Nightwish... Becuase I heard them so much X_X

With my aunt, uncle, mom, dad, cousin, and cousin's fiance.

Yes... And realized I STAYED in love in 2008... Still in love in 2009 XD

When my private lesson teacher told me I was her best and favorite student

23. What was your favorite TV program?
Didn't watch tv much, but it would probably be either Storm Chasers and Monster Quest :]

24. Do you hate anyone now that you didn't hate this time last year?
Not really... Still hate the same people ^~^

25. What was the best book you read?
Breaking Dawn by Stephenie Meyer, Blackwood Farm by Anne Rice :]

26. What was your greatest musical discovery?
Eminem's "Puke" and "Just Lose It" (That's rare too, 'cause I hate rap/hip hop and anything like that XD) and AAAAAAAAALL Nightwish's songs :]

27. What did you want and get?
A Webcam, a guitar, a piano :]

To go to Tennessee to see my brother....

29. What was your favorite film of this year?
Twilight!

30. What did you do on your birthday, and how old were you?
I went to school... Came home and ate cake and openened presents, spent time with my parents... The usual ^-^ I was 14 :]

31. What one thing would have made your year immeasurably more satisfying?
My mom not on my back all the time and being nosey and extremely invasive.

32. How would you describe your personal fashion concept in 2008?
Let's see... Sometimes skinny jeans, but mostly regular jeans, black Converse Hi-Tops... Nostly black graphic tees unless I find something in my drawers or closet that fit my mood better :] I like wearing lots and lots of colors, but I don't have stuff like that in my wardrobe, so i settle for one of my favorite colors the majority of the time. And on days when I don't go to school, sometimes i just stay in my pajamas all day XD

33. What kept you sane?
My friends, my dad, band class, and my sister. It's probably gonna be the same thing this year :]

34. Which celebrity/public figure did you fancy the most?
Hn, celeb? Probably Johnny Depp, as always

35. What political issue stirred you the most?
Ugh, politics. Yuck.

36. Who did you miss?
My brother, and a friend I made in '07 that I fell for, but he went on to the high school when I entered eighth grade, and I look forward to when I can see him again

37. Who was the best new person you met?
My friend Jesus (hey-soos) from school :] He's totally awesome :]

38. Was there a choice you regret making in 2008?
Meh, not yet... I'm sure one of the choices I made I will come to regret later though... Things lke that always come back to bite me in the ass

39. Tell us a valuable life lesson you learned in 2008?
Stand up for yourself and don't let other people push you around. Oh, and if you're angry, don't scream into a pillow, beat the crap out of the pillow.


40. Any random acts of kindness done on to you?
I don't think "random acts of kindness" exist where I am... Most of the people here, other than my family and friends, are jerks.

41. Did you carry out any random acts of kindness?
Probably, but it's not like i keep a list of these things XD

42. Strangest question?
When I had to get an x-ray and got asked if I was pregnant, or when I went to my "girl doctor" (My "girl-doctor" is a man XD;; It's pretty awkward sometimes >.< and he asked me if I've ever been sexually active or had an STD.
